¡Diane's Birthday Fiesta!

A few weeks ago, we surprised my mother-in-law, Diane, with a surprise fiesta for her birthday. She LOVES margaritas and we all love Mexican food, so my sister Jenn worked with a nearby restaurant to put together an amazing buffet menu and everything else just sort of fell into place. Diane was surprised, the weather was beautiful and a great time was had by all!

I found some fiesta-inspired flags and images online and made food tent signs for the buffet, plus a few 'Fiesta Like There is No Mañana' signs for a couple of the tables!

Enjoy a few pictures from the party! We put fiesta props (found at Walmart, Party City) and orange flowers on guest tables, favors (mini cacti for each couple/family), cards & cake (Sweet Temptations by Jenn) on a table together, a few balloons at the entrance and banners up on the wall. Each table had a little plastic sombrero with peanut m&m's (Diane's favorite) and we had a big sombrero and necklaces for the birthday girl. The food (tacos, taco salad, tortilla bowls, quesadillas, chips and salsa) was unbelievable and the staff at Beverly Hills Tavern (in Shillington, PA) was fantastic. So glad we could celebrate Diane together like this!
