Slap Bracelet Corsages

If you grew up in the 90's and you're now planning a wedding, you'd be remiss if you did not have slap bracelet corsages for the lovely ladies in your life. Oftentimes, you and your bridesmaids will have bouquets and you'll get boutonnieres for all of the guys, including dads and grandfathers. Mothers and grandmothers often get a corsage, and for as long as we can remember (think junior high formals and high school proms), they've gone around your wrist with an itchy, stretchy, sometimes sparkly little band. Enter slap bracelet corsages. I saw these at a wedding recently and was blown away by the brilliance. Clever wedding ideas always catch my attention, and this was right up there with heel caps and a dessert upon sitting with a sign that says, "Life is short- eat dessert first". This is great for the older ladies, but equally nice for the young ones- flower girls and junior bridesmaids will have an easier time keeping track of their flowers if they're around their wrists, plus they'll most likely love the slappiness just like you did as a kid, so why deny them that satisfaction? Get slappy, get happy with slap bracelet corsages.
So there you go. Some inspiration to share with your florist. Easy to slap on, take off, slap on again, and play with all night, care of the 90's. Thank you and you're welcome!

  1. Just LOVE this idea! I'm going to share it with our florist and see if she can do it...if not, we may just have to make some ourselves!
